The ribs increase the contact pressure and allow a flow of cool air between the disc and backing pad. Highly temperature-resistant and break-resistant thanks to the backing pad made of reinforced, heat-resistant plastic.
• X-LOCK hard backing pads: A particularly rigid multi-groove design ensures maximum contact pressure between the disc and the workpiece for heavy-duty and highly aggressive sanding work. The angled surface of the disc ensures an ergonomic position when sanding, for comfortable working. Highly temperature-resistant and break-resistant thanks to the backing pad made of fibreglass-reinforced, heat-resistant plastic.
